We offer FREE Shipping on all domestic US orders over $75.
All orders with a subtotal of $75.00 or more will have a complimentary First-Class Mail option at checkout. Priority Mail Shipping is also available for additional cost.
How Long Does it Take to Get My Order?
All orders ship from Philadelphia, and can take anywhere from 1-5 business days for delivery from the time the order was received. This is mostly dependent on your distance from Philadelphia, and Shipping Service selected at checkout. We strive to pack & ship your order as soon as we receive it. We also immediately provide you with tracking upon processing for you to stay up to date through delivery.
We are typically able to process our orders within 24 hours on business days, however processing can take up to 48 hours at the most. Sunday is not an applicable business day for processing or shipping.
Please note that once an order is processed and picked-up by USPS, delivery times and routes are out of our control. USPS Priority Mail has estimated delivery of 1-3 business days, and First-Class Mail is an estimated 2-5 business days depending on distance from Philadelphia, PA.
How Does the "Pick-Up" option work?
If you selected "Pick-Up" as your delivery service, you can expect your order to be ready for pick-up within a few hours. If the order is placed after 6 PM, it may take until the following day for us to make it available for pick-up. Please wait until you receive a pick-up confirmation email stating your order is ready before arriving in-store.
Customer must have a photo ID and the order number ready when you arrive for your order. The ID shown at pickup must match the name on the order's billing info.
Do you ship your packages discreetly?
For your privacy, all packages are shipped in unmarked brown boxes. Packages may include fragile stickers for safe handling, and will display a return address of Matchbox Philadelphia.
Do You Ship Internationally?
At the moment we ship to the United States, Canada and several European countries. If you would like to order from us and your destination country is currently unavailable, please contact us at matchboxpa@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Do You Ever Utilize Signature Confirmation?
Any order over $199.99 may be subject to signature confirmation upon delivery. This policy is simply to further ensure a safe delivery of all high-value items, and all additional costs will be covered by Matchbox. All orders we assign signature confirmation to will be notified via email prior to shipping. If you would like us to add signature confirmation to your order, simply let us know and we will accommodate you.
